Key Responsibilities:

- Handling P & L Management, Service Delivery, Client Relationship and Internal Stakeholder Management

- Heading the offshore Service delivery

- Looking after end to end management of program covering multiple work streams with a total span of 2000+ employees

- Implement programs to ensure attainment of business plan for growth and profit

- Provide directions and structure for operating units

- Implement improved processes and management methods to generate higher ROI and workflow optimization

- Provide mentoring and guidance to subordinates and other employees

- Responsible for managing multiple accounts

- Facilitating process re-engineering and improvements to enhance customer engagement

- Generating new prospects for the organization to showcase capabilities

- Ensuring attrition control & job enrichment at process levels

- Work with delivery and training functions to create feedback loops from quality assessment to training and operations management

Experience & Qualifications:

- 20+ years' experience with Relevant experience in ITES industry

- Experiential understanding of Lean Six Sigma methodologies is a plus

- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Proven analytical skills in understanding and interpreting quantitative data and providing clear output to identify trends, interpret findings, draw insights, and formulate recommendations

- Excellent Team Management, Inter-Departmental Collaboration & Communication skills

- Should have experience in heading 500+ FTES

- Should be currently a AVP or equivalent role
