Job Title : Senior Manage (Training) - Medical Coding

Work Location : Mumbai / Hyderabad / Aurangabad

Department / Vertical : Training/Medical Coding

Reports To : Training Head

Qualification :

Experience : 10+ years in Coding

- Currently managing training team of coding

- Current designation should be manager and above

- Preferably from Pharmacy, Physio, Life science background with deeper understanding of body system; certified coder (CIC, CPC, CCS, Home Health) and adapt at ADDIE model (certified)

- Must be at Manager or above designation in current role

Duties & Responsibilities :

- Designing standard training curriculum, content and delivery method and improvising on the same

- For all specialties of medical coding

- Ensuring new hires, certified hires, experienced hires are trained within optimized time

- Ensure training program enables trainees to meet their ramp up targets

- Managing training plan and ensuring adherence to plan by working with trainers, business, client

- Coaching trainers on improving training effectiveness, developing hybrid learning programs

- Ensuring relevance of training content, tailoring content per batch, designing assessments

- Establishing process based approach for training function governance (e.g., standard MIS, upto date assessments, up to date content, curriculum, trainer & batch performance management )

- Planning and delivering on cross - skilling, Up skilling and Refresher training programs for operations & trainers ( e.g., each trainer is able to deliver training on 3 specialties).

Role and Responsibilities:

- Ensuring training function delivers to organizational expectation around

- Training through put 1st time and repeat for all category of hires.

- Ensuring certification rate/Pass rate for industry for batches trained for CPC/CIC etc.

- Ensuring training timelines are optimized

- Ensuring trainees are able to ramp up target once deployed in production - 90 days

- Ensuring talent retention (trainers) and trainees

- Transformation from conventional training approach to contemporary approaches/driving innovation in training approaches

- Liaising between certification bodies , GeBBS for employee certification programs and managing the same within budget

- Pro-actively driving cross training. Up skilling in operations, quality and training teams
