Hiring Director- Software for GeBBS Healthcare , Navi Mumbai

Experience required for the Job: 20 - 25 years

Job Location: Navi Mumbai

Designation: Director Software Development

Office Time : 12pm- 9pm/1pm-10pm

Responsibilities :

Technical :

- Development and enhancements services.

- Research and Innovation, Business Transformation

- Workflow Management

- Define technology strategy, manage development of tools and

- Deployment for technology and business customers internally& externally.

- Define and deliver value

- Provide on-going support for meeting Service Level Agreements

- And Operational Level Agreements.

- Build tools necessary to manage projects in production and QA environments

Requirement:

- Graduate degree in Computer Science or closely related discipline preferred.

- 20+ years experience with 5 + years in leadership roles

- Strong experience in product development lifecycle

- Experience in Microsoft Technologies environment on product development and launch

- Working knowledge in Capacity Planning, Performance Tuning, Release Management, Workload Management, Disaster Recover, and Security

- Good understanding of Design Patterns , Presales , RFP

- Experience managing and working with geo-distributed team

- Work across geographies and international experience a plus.

- Ability to stay abreast of technology trends/changes in the industry and collaborate effectively across product organizations in a matrix environment and build networks

- Ability to champion a culture of innovation by taking risks, challenging the status quo and encouraging continuous improvement

- Track record of translating business strategies into tactical operating plans and producing successful results, while balancing a global and a local perspective

- Strong leadership and strategic skills including communications, relationship building, and change management, coupled with ability to execute

- Ability to interface with all functions and at all levels in the organization, particularly executive management

- Ability to structure and prioritize work with a constant focus on quality

- Ability to anticipate client needs and inspire them to look beyond current situation and what is needed to grow their business

- Exceptional leader of people who can recruit technology talent to fill out the needs of the growing team
