Designation : Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager


Department : Finance & Accounts

Location : Airoli , Navi Mumbai

Office Time : 11am to 8pm

Mode : Work from Office

Job Description : CA / MBA with 2 to 3 years of experience in finance tax environment

Key Activities :

- Ensure timely tax compliance of the company for both direct and indirect tax laws.

- Responsible for tax audit and transfer pricing audit activities. Filing of income tax , GST returns including all related analysis and support.

- Management of litigation and liaison with the external agencies related to tax related matters.

- Involved in execution of strategic tax/finance initiatives including restructuring/acquisitions/mergers and amalgamations

- Bringing operational tax efficiency: Process change/pricing methodology/billing efficiency/automation

- Share best practices across division and manage/build relationships across external agencies

- Identify, develop, design and implement key risks management framework related to tax across geographies/verticals

- Adhoc management requirements

Stakeholder interactions :

- Internal : Vertical/Functional heads

- External : Consultants, Auditors, Regulators

Competencies Required for the role :

- Good control over Microsoft excel and power point

- Good communication skills

- Good analytical skills

- Basic Knowledge of Finance and Tax

- Relationship development skills

- Team player as well mature team leader
