Roles & Responsibilities

- Be the voice of the player - collect customer feedback through a variety of channels such as surveys, calls, focus groups, reviews, social media chatter, consumption patterns and data analytics and then convert this unstructured data into a Product Requirement Document.

- Guide your PRD through the product development process. This includes - selling- your product requirements to various stakeholders.

- Liaise with artists and designers, produce wireframes, mocks, storyboards and other visual representations of the feature; and sign-off on final media assets.

- Owner of Product Quality.

- Make judgment calls on what to prioritize and what to drop, generate feedback and incorporate (often last minute) changes and coordinate the go-to-market campaign of the product feature.

- Extract and analyse the data on how the new product feature is used by the players, and based on such analysis plan the future - extend the product, change or replace functionalities, refine or improve features etc.
