Role Description:

- As the Head of Internal Audit at Gaurs Group, you will be responsible for leading the internal audit function, ensuring robust financial risk management, and establishing effective internal controls.

- You will play a key role in driving compliance with audit standards and regulatory requirements while providing strategic insights to support the organization's financial integrity and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the internal audit plan in alignment with organizational goals.

- Oversee financial risk management processes and identify potential vulnerabilities.

- Evaluate and strengthen internal controls, ensuring adherence to accounting and regulatory standards.

- Conduct detailed reviews of financial and operational processes to mitigate risks and improve efficiency.

- Collaborate with senior leadership to implement audit recommendations and best practices.

- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks.

- Prepare comprehensive audit reports for management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Proven expertise in Financial Risk Management, Internal Controls, and Audit Processes.

- Strong foundation in Finance and Accounting principles.

- Professional certifications such as CA (preferred), CPA, CIA, or CISA are highly desirable.

- Exceptional analytical skills, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.

- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude in high-pressure scenarios.

- Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience in internal audit or a related field.
