Zonal HR Business Partner
KRAs :
Talent Management with C&B Percent Revenue :
- Responsible for Manpower Planning for the Zone including Budget Finalization in
consultation with the cross functional teams.
- Compensation & Benefits Analysis wrt Revenue/ Profit Margin within the Zone.
- Manage appraisal process in the entire Zone and timely execution ensuring developmental plan for the employees.
Ensure adherence employee Engagement Calendar, R&R and L&D Calendar :
- Manage employee engagement initiatives and effective employee communication channel across the Zone, handling employee grievances and disciplinary actions.
- Calendared approach on Employee Engagement activities and L&D
Attrition :
- Implement Early Warning Signs, focused approach on High attrition area
Adherence to Governance Structure :
- Timely closure of Cross Functional Meetings. Operating Unit reviews & inputs from Regional HR/Heads OU Visits.
- Special Projects
- Special Project which covers all employees across, Adherence and implementation of the project
