Sr.Manager - Talent Management & Total Rewards
KRAs :
- Collaborate with leadership team to innovate, co-create, activate and deliver re-wards strategy in a market relevant way
- To drive initiatives that is in alignment with our overall HR talent strategy and agenda.
- Review external & internal benchmarks and establish competitive salary ranges
- Provide decision support for policy design - analysis, budgeting, scenario based analysis
- Analyze evolving internal context - internal equity, program design
- Work with managers and HR business partners to implement appropriate engagement & retention strategies for top talent
- Administer implementation of reward programs (base pay revision, short & long term incentives, benefits) within established guidelines
- Analyze external trends - Market pricing, changing regulatory environment vis- vis Total rewards
- Create an engagement plan for key talent in the organization.
- Facilitate implementation of 360 degree feedback and other interventions focused on developing people manager skills
- Create an approach and action plan for productivity enhancement and measuring effectiveness from the capability development standpoint - Driving OD & Talent Management Initiatives like People Review Process across functions

Experience :
- 10 -12+ experience of which 3 years should be in Talent
- Experience in conceptualizing and implementing processes for building competencies and driving OD interventions
- Adaptable to working in ever-changing environment
Qualification : MBA in HR from Tier 2 Colleges
