- Define the L&D strategy basis the organization growth plans and goals
- Assess capability gaps, devise strategy and programs to bridge the gaps
- Build a high-performance team
- Curate and implement the learning journey of employees (White collar and Blue Collar) with the help of a team and external consultants
- Develop learning strategy for sales that is aligned with organization's go-to-market strat-egy with vision for the desired customer experience.
- Partner with sales leadership to define the mindsets and behaviors necessary to execute the strategy. Equip sales team with the knowledge and skills to engage prospects and cus-tomers and drive sales forward.
- Assist in career planning for employees Organization wide
- Analysis and identification of training needs
- Design, implement & maintain effective training modules
- Preparation of Annual training calendar
- Responsible for implementation of employee development Plans
- Evaluate and identify quality trainers as per requirements
- Tracking & analyzing effectiveness of programs delivered and incorporating a mecha-nism to measure performance on the job after training
- Maintain centralized training records, training related MIS
- Plan & Conduct ADC
- Responsible for delivering workplace learning performance improvement programs & in-itiatives to best achievable long term business success.
