GATI-KWE - Deputy Manager/Manager - HR Business Partner (6-10 yrs)
KRA:-
- Partner with HR leadership team and support in driving Organization wide HR interventions
- Work towards conceptualizing and implementing organization structuring interventions and role based organizations to streamline career progression
- Analyze trends in employee turnover and employee engagement surveys and recommend interventions backed by data
- Drive specific engagement initiatives to maximize productivity and develop highly engaged teams
- Develop and deploy culture building initiatives, and implement a high-performance culture
- Work with line managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues, fairly representing all interests
- Resolve employee escalations within TAT and within the policy framework
- Work closely with the central Human Resources team to ensure timely and effective delivery of all
- Cull out the reports pertaining to all the areas as instructed by Head - HR BP/ CHRO
