GATI-KWE - Chartered Accountant - Indirect taxation (4-8 yrs)
Role Purpose : Indirect Taxation litigation matters
Key Accountability:
Indirect Taxation and Litigation handling
1.Responsible for annual Return in GSTR-9, GSTR-9C,
2. Responsible for audit conducted by GST department
2. Assist in litigation, assist in draft reply to the notice,
3. Appear before Tax authority,
4. Liasoning with external as well as internal stake holders
5. Assist in reviewing of contract Tax part.
6.Review of Monthly Return in GSTR-01, GSTR3B,
7 Reconciliation of books vs GSTR-3B & GSTR-01
8.Implementation of changes in Law and rule in the system.
10. Statutory Audit
11. Tax Audit
12. Due diligence
Technical Competencies
1. Understanding of GST Law & Rule .
2. Updated knowledge
3. Working in a limited company with PAN India presence.
4. Working experience in ERP environment.
5. Able to handle huge data
6. Good knowledge in xls. word
