About Corporate Marketing : 

Our Corporate Marketing team designs marketing programs to help prospective customers understand how Gartner's insights, advice, and tools can help them achieve the mission critical priorities that drive organizational performance. The team accelerates sales activity by attracting, engaging and converting prospects through the delivery of compelling Gartner insights and experiences across the buyer journey.

About this role : 

- Corporate Marketing's Content and SEO Marketing team is in search of a Video Marketing Specialist to support its video publishing operations. The person who assumes this role will join a dynamic and collaborative team of marketers responsible for creating and publishing high-quality, high-performing brand awareness and campaign-driven content for both prospects and clients across the various roles and functions that Gartner serves. Content is managed, produced and measured via multiple internal and external platforms and tools.

- The primary function of the Video Marketing Specialist role will be to manage, tag, and publish video content on our Gartner.com and YouTube channels to meet SEO and marketing guidelines and standards.

- The ideal candidate will have strong SEO and communication skills; be process and detailed oriented; work well as both part of a team and as an individual; and be comfortable analyzing data, meeting deadlines, and learning how to use new tools and technologies.

- This role will report to the Video Content Marketing Manager, who is responsible for programming our video channels..

What you'll do:

The Video Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the video publishing schedule including:

- Stage and publish all video content slated for YouTube via the content management and publishing platforms, ensuring content published adheres to Content Marketing's style guide, publishing guidelines and deadlines.

- Oversee publication of content in Vidyard and adherence to standards

- Oversee adherence by business and marketing stakeholders to SEO and tagging best practices across our internal video management tool

- Create and manage social media promotions for videos and work with Creative Center of Excellence to create graphic cards for corporate social channels

- Create video tasks in content management tool and oversee workflow to meet deadlines

- Assist with monitoring and reporting on the performance of videos to identify trends, benchmarks, bright spots and areas for improvement

- Optimize content for SEO

- Help manage the editorial calendar and related workflow tasks

What you'll need:

- An eye for detail (even the smallest inconsistency will call out to you) with a high level of accuracy

- Excellent organizational skills

- Strong oral and written communication skills

- Ability to shift priorities and meet deadlines

- Experience with content management platforms and publishing tools (e.g., WordPress, AEM)

- Experience with Google Analytics, preferred but not required

- SEO experience

- Willingness to learn and a commitment to producing high-quality, high-performing content
