About this Role :

- To bring operational efficiency and continue to delight customers, Gartner is investing in the Growth Accelerator team (GA) located in our Gurgaon Center of Excellence. Associates in this exciting team will be aligned with Research Data and Analytics Division which will support Gartner’s Written Response (WR) CoE. 

This team will support Analysts by responding to the low complexity of written client inquiries. High-performing Associates in our Gurgaon Center of Excellence will develop into thought leaders and progress on an amazing career trajectory. As Manager in GA, you would be expected to manage a team of Individual Contributors aligned with WR CoE enabling them to deliver WRs with low cycle time ensuring high-quality rating and manage stakeholders in the selected practice.

What You’ll Do :

- Lead a team of Written Response (WR) Specialists / Sr. Specialists and effectively manage the timely delivery of WRs for multiple research practices

- Manage the inquiry workload allocation, timelines and prioritization of inquiries basis the open business days & urgency

- Stakeholder management – regular interactions with the Practice leadership Team, Research Team Manager and other senior members of the research team to improve the quality of WRs

- Develop an understanding of Gartner client strategy and deploy it back in WR CoE

- Motivate, coach, facilitate, solve work problems, address people-related issues, and be actively involved in the day-to-day activities of the team

- Embrace and drive continuous process improvements and best practices within the team

What You’ll Need :

- Graduate + MBA (IT/Ops) from leading B-schools

- 8-12 years of experience in the research industry dealing with Technology areas such as Applications, Data & Analytics, Infrastructure & Operations, Security & Risk, etc.

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in managing and mentoring resources in the team

- Should be able to manage projects/inquiries of fellow associates and be able to work in a highly dynamic work environment
