About this Role

Are you intellectually curious and motivated by ideas? Do you want to create research products that are widely used by executive leaders worldwide? Gartner is searching for a to join our TalentNeuron team. In this role, you will address cutting-edge issues facing today's senior-most executives at leading, global corporations. You will lead a team of researchers and effectively manage report deliverables. Being part of this exciting team will provide you with opportunities to lead discussions with internal stakeholders, global HR leaders, identify and creatively solve complex problems, design tools/frameworks to support clients in critical processes, and help organizations transform the way they operate.

Team Lead

What You will Do

- Lead a team of researchers and manage timely delivery of WorkBench (WB) reports and Custom Role (CR) reports for TalentNeuron team

- Manage the inquiry workload allocation, timelines, and prioritization of inquiries basis the open business days & urgency

- Stakeholder management - regular interactions with the Customer Success team, Account executives and other members of the research team on delivery and research quality

- Keep a close watch on uncovered topics and report them back to the Research management for research expansion

- Ensure the ROI of existing resources, utilizing existing skills, and competencies for WB and CR.

What You will Need

- Graduate + MBA from leading B-schools with 5-8 years of experience in the research industry dealing with qualitative and quantitative research

- Awareness of topics, changing trends and learning about different research approaches

- Strong working knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel tools, etc.

- Good interpersonal skills and ability to coach team members

- Articulate and tactful communications skills with proven self-discipline and collaborative mindset - communicate well with team members and stakeholders

- Ability to manage and perform a very broad set of responsibilities, often with conflicting time demands Strategic business thinker who can come up with business insights that help in scaling
