Purpose - The Recruiting Program Specialist team is responsible for supporting Gartner's global recruiting programmatic initiatives. The Team Lead will specifically focus on managing the team that processes the Recruiting Programs Team's cost optimization and administrative activities and driving strategic impacts.
Major Responsibilities -
- Oversee the processing, tracking and reporting cost data for all recruiting program initiatives including Recruiting Coordination, Vendor Management, Referral Program, Recruiting Events and Agency Spend
- Partner closely with leaders in Recruiting to understand business priorities and opportunities
- Identify areas of opportunity within the Recruiting Admin team and improve productivity and processes
- Liaise with appropriate recruiting and hiring partners for approvals
- Partner closely with Finance and Procurement teams
Impact of Role: Expected Results -
- Drive increased results for recruiting programs by analyzing data/reporting
- Present findings and trends back to Recruiting leadership for further action and analysis
- Create in depth ROI tracking to provide cost per hire metrics related to referral programs

Professional Experience -
- 8-10 years experience in a professional setting ideal
- Experience in a leadership position preferred
Technical/ Professional Skills & Competencies -
- Proficient Excel and PowerPoint required
- Business reporting experience
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Highly adaptable individual is a necessity
- Customer oriented focus
