About this role:

As a Sr. Specialist in Research Data and Analytics team, you will work with the management and leadership team of this group to provide support on all talent related activities and initiatives. The person will be responsible for a wide range of tasks related to training, onboarding and recruitment support for the larger group. The job requires a person is proactive, organized, can collaborate across various internal teams (L&D, Recruitment and Ops) and has the drive to get things done regardless of the limitations.

What you'll do:

Training and Development support:

- Work with the management to define and track training needs for the various roles in the team

- Facilitate creation of eLearning modules in partnership with content experts within the team

- Help identify internal and external resources best suited for various training needs in consultation with content experts

- Manage certification and training performance records for the team

- Recruitment support for Operations team

- Work with the various hiring managers to track all recruitment related data and provide actionable insights. This will require extensive tracking and reporting in Excel

- Maintain an updated repository of all recruitment related documents and templates (skills tests, job descriptions, feedback forms)

- Work with recruitment team in facilitating recruitment events, such as, weekend drives and sourcing jams

Onboarding and employee engagement activities:

- Facilitate and track all onboarding activities for the various new joinees

- Support engagement activities for candidates who are to join the team from campuses or other organizations

- Conduct sessions on common Gartner internal tools (GEAR, GartnerYou, Workday, Status Sheet, Google Drive, Slack) for all new associates - create self-learning modules, where required.

- Ideate and execute various internal employee engagement activities (team building activities, Diwali week)

- Support the management team in organizing external employee engagement events (InsightConnect, InsightFest)

- Maintain and manage associate data and all reporting associated with it, such as, demographics, attrition rate, org structure, role change dates

- What you'll need:

- A Bachelors or Post Graduation degree with 2-5 years of experience in a challenging environment that requires strong administrative skills.

- Advanced proficiency required in Microsoft Excel and charting (data manipulation, pivot tables, etc.)

- Advanced proficiency required in Power Point

- Experience supporting the various talent function, such as, Learning & Development and/or Recruitment will be a major advantage

- Experience managing demanding stakeholders across teams and geographies

- Strong written and oral communication skills

- Experience tracking metrics and creating MIS and reports
