Sales Business Analyst

Position Summary:
This role is responsible for reporting and analysis on the regional sales data and activities. This role should identify sales trends and recommend solutions or processes to enable sales effectiveness
Overall Responsibilities:
- Provide detailed analysis to identify sales trends and processes
- Understand corporate initiatives and provide key data analysis to GVP's and MVP's
- Comprehensive understanding of Client Connect and reporting, providing metric trending and adoption
- Assist in territory creation to achieve the corporate focus towards verticalization
- Communicate sales processes, Operational updates, and Best Practices within the region
- Define processes, Analyze and communicate trending for activity metrics such as Seat Utilization and Impact Assessments
- Provide forecast and pipeline analysis and trending
- Act as partner to MVP/GVP in understanding the regional metrics and providing advice
- Present 'state of the business' at Ops reviews and team meetings
- Line of Business partnership to help drive education and productivity
- Manage month and quarter-end process ensuring all business is transacted and accurate
Job Requirements:
- 4 + years in business preferable finance or as a business analyst
- Exceptional Excel skills
- Experience and aptitude to work in databases
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively on multiple projects at the same time
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and with little direction
Success Criteria:
- Analyzing data to identify sales trends or processes and make recommendations to improve AE productivity or increase efficiency in processes
- Intimate knowledge of Client Connect and help to ensure adoption at all levels
- Identify sales trends and product adoption through effectively using Client Connect
- Work closely and influence MVP/GVP
- Identify and produce vehicle to communicate sales metrics
- Line of Business partnership to help drive education and productivity
