About this role:

The Data Collection Project Manager will work with multiple manual data collection teams and will be accountable for the stakeholder coordination, project set-up, timeline adherence and ensuring that projects are planned and executed in a manner consistent with company strategy, commitments, goals, and standards.

What you'll do:

- Responsible for the DIQ Data collection project management and coordination between teams to support the broader organizational data collection needs.

- Manage and advise on the data point simplification/standardization process; adapt to process changes when relevant.

- Work with teams/lead analysts to set up DIQ projects including kickoff meetings, data point selection, process/timeline, delivery of data & integration of feedback.

- Analyze and rationalize requirements to determine agreed, achievable project objectives that align to organizational goals and strategies.

- Review and integrate multiple work streams of projects into a structured, cohesive project plan.

- Effectively communicate and maintain relationships with project team participants and project's business stakeholders.

- Proactively propose process-improvement and best practice initiatives and implement them, when approved.

What you will need:

- Bachelor's degree in any stream + MBA would have an added advantage

- 2-5 years experience in a relevant role that required project management skills

- Experience in leadership skills (especially communications, coordination, collaboration, and people management skills)

- Proven track record of managing project teams that include both technical and non-technical members

- Proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Drive

- Experience with Tableau, JIRA and Confluence is a plus
