About this role :

- This role will be to lead a team that is part of a fast growing Center of Excellence in India to support Sales in significantly increasing new business. This role will lead a team focused on helping to conceptualize, develop, iterate, and execute highly scalable ways to accelerate Gartner's new business generation. For example, this will include designing revolutionary ways to engage prospects and designing and executing new processes to ensure that best practices are consistently executed as the default option for Sales.

- This leader, and his or her team, will be part of the Center of Excellence in India that supports sales with new business opportunities. This leader will be responsible for program strategy, design and continuous improvement, execution, and development of the team.

Responsibilities of the team may include :

- Identify opportunities to turn proven Sales best practices into scalable services

- Leverage automation to increase the efficiency and productivity of operational processes

- Uncover areas of opportunity to move processes and workflows to centralized processes

- Work with senior sales and service leaders to identify needs and opportunity areas and co-develop solutions

- Support sales with other prospecting opportunities

- Identify opportunities to improve Center of Excellence approach and process

What you'll do :

- Bachelor's degree from top-tier university, STEM or business preferred

- MBA or Masters preferred but not required

- Experience in management consulting preferred but not required

- Knowledge or interest in Information technology and its application to business

- Understanding and experience with SQL and PowerBI

- Experience with process automation a plus

- 2+ years managing a team

- 5 years of marketing or sales strategy/ops experience preferred, but not required

- US work experience, or work for a multi-national, a plus
