About this Role :

- We are looking for a tenured professional who has a proven track record of driving engagement, creating new solutions, coach associates and drive training programs.


- As a Principal, you would be expected to engage with Sr. stakeholders within the Research Practices and get visibility of their Mission Critical and other strategic priorities i.e. Role-MCP evolution. Associates in this team is aligned with the SRS team that helps in providing fact-based research to Analysts across practices for their research notes and events.

What You will Do :

- Drive and manage engagement with Sr. Stakeholders (AMs/CoRs/GTMs) with the Research Practices leadership

- Understand Mission-critical priorities, design team strategy and update leadership regularly on the key activities

- Provide comprehensive project brief to associates, and advise on research process/methodologies

- Continuously seek feedback from relevant stakeholders to further improve on quality of deliverables

- Train the associates to ensure the team help Research analysts with use of strategic tools and techniques to analyses findings and generate insights

- Create new solutions that helps in solving key challenges of the practice leaders

- Help Manager on recruitment, training new recruits and building internal knowledge

- Lead formal and in-formal knowledge sharing sessions within team

- Provide need-based support in managing workload and project delivery in absence of a Team manager

- Work collaboratively with the Team Manager and leadership to evolve research process

What You will Need :


- Bachelors/Post Graduation (MBA) in any specialization from leading Tier I & II B-schools

- 7 - 10 years of experience in the research industry

- Experience in managing multiple senior stakeholders across geographies will be an added advantage

- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, and research background will be essential.

- Good knowledge across disciplines within the technology/business, vertical markets, major vendors, products, or solutions

- Demonstrated analytical skills, applying conceptual models, recognizing patterns while drawing and defending conclusions

Who You Are :

- Experienced in an extremely fast paced work environment preferably in research and consulting

- Strong stakeholder management across roles and geographies

- Ability to - Triangulate- information & facts, analyze data and help visualize and build data stories

- Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to juggle multiple priorities

- Problem Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills and the ability to think independently

- Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to clearly present complicated analysis
