About this role:

- Robust project planning/execution skills including estimating, scheduling, and executing on committed schedules.

- Deliver clear expectations, to help teammates understand and align on our vision and mission, and their expectations at work

- Manage team engagement to ensure the team stability. Be aware with teammates- engagement level and provide timely support.

- Strong leadership skills

What you'll do:

The responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

- Define and create test strategy, write test plans and design test cases

- Help define and lead the Quality Assurance process

- Implement best practices; including a variety of different testing protocols, tools and metrics

- Manage the quality assurance team

- Support and contribute to building strong quality infrastructure capabilities

- Work with project team and stakeholders in sprint mode

- Maintenance of regression and follow up with dev Team

- Build new automation solutions / Proof of Concepts to help Team

- Help building / configuring continuous integration tool to reduce testing cycle

- Deliver high quality software solutions using a predictable delivery process

- Project evaluations and assessment of results

What you will need:

- 7 + years of strong QA experience

- Must have strong attention to detail

- QA of Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning/RPA systems is a plus

- Knowledge and exposure to Automation hands-on is a plus

- Familiarity with agile processes

- Must be able to work in a team with minimal direction

- People management experience is a plus

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to executives and non-technical leaders.
