About the Role:

- The Talent Development Manager is responsible for the creation/expansion, coordination and execution of training programs and initiatives for Information Technology department in Gartner.

- What you'll do: Perform a needs analysis across the Information Technology function and provide scalable recommendations/solutions and an actionable plan in support of IT's L&D Mission Critical Priorities.

- Initial Focus/priority will be an evaluation of all existing training methods, materials, etc. and map required skills to solutions

- Link broader Talent Management offerings to solutions where available

- Review ongoing systems training offerings and determine scalable solutions for all.

- Design and Build L&D Roadmaps and associated curriculum with IT COEs that ensures consistency in partnership and execution.

- Partner with L&D Champions, senior leadership (Local and global) in IT to drive a sustainable culture of learning across the IT departments.

- Identify and determine how to measure/evaluate for success and provide results to senior leadership to recognize opportunities to recalibrate if/when needed

- Design solutions to support future growth of teams within IT if/when needed.

- What you'll need: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred

- 5-7 years directly related experience developing and facilitating adult education/training courses or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, listening skills, and delivery skills.

- Possess excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail and be extremely organized.

- Must have the ability to create and foster organizational change and be a strategic business partner with management and think globally and objectively.
