We are recruiting for dynamic and experienced business development professionals to join our successful and rapidly growing team in Gurgaon.

Role Summary:

- Quota Achievement in growing Research and Advisory product line to ensure Net revenue growth

- Proficient in Account Planning and understanding of territory management of assigned clients and non-clients

- Inter-departmental resource utilization and coordinator across Gartner Lines of Business

- Development of high-level client relationships

- Development of integrated solutions based on contract offerings

- Timely and accurate revenue forecasting

- Compliance in utilizing internal sales enablement tools and management process

- Ensuring the support of all collaborative activities that help local, regional or WW account teams with growing client relationships

Require:

- Very strong & proven consultative sales experience in high technology (services, software or hardware )

- Consistent overachievement of sales quotas month on month

- Proven ability to understand enterprise wide issues and to structure innovative, integrated solutions that provide C-Level decisions support to organizations in achieving their business goals

- Developing network of C-level contacts and knowledge of the business issues they face

- Comprehensive understanding of technology buying centers

- Extensive industry-specific and account knowledge

- Strong level of business acumen and industry expertise

Profile of Successful Applicant:

- The hugely driven individual with clear, ambitious goals, and ability to successfully track towards and achieve these (in and/or outside of work environment)

- Ability to connect high activity rate to the achievement of personal, professional and financial goals
