About the team :

The Service Operations Centre of Excellence in Gurgaon is responsible for ensuring global Client retention. The Service's Data Science team looks at finding innovative ways to help clients receive value and empowers technology leaders to make smarter decisions. This team works on delivering valuable insights from unstructured data, developing statistical and machine learning based methods to build, measure and improve client engagement & retention.

Job description :

- Unlock new opportunities for client retention by discovering insights, automate processes, and develop new predictive and prescriptive models using advanced techniques.

- Develop analytical frameworks for future strategic initiatives, execute Product driven data projects

- Identify new technologies, prototype, and test POCs for product features. Build predictive models based on client engagement data and other external factors.

- Cross-functional interaction: Collaborate closely with other service & technology teams

- Communication / updates to leadership on various initiatives like product roadmap, highlighting risk etc.

- Leading technical problem solving, meeting timelines, and developing best practices

- Inculcating a culture of using project management tools like JIRA., optimizing processes etc

Essential must-have skills :

- Minimum 1-3 years of experience with good experience in creating / automation of machine learning models & data pipelines.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or similar

- Experience working on solving problems that involve utilizing Machine Learning techniques and NLP

- Ability to work on projects that involve use of Data mining and recommendation systems and work with large volumes of data

- Excellent SQL & Python skills.

- Experience in working on frameworks like TensorFlow or Pytorch

- Good experience in creating data pipelines, automation, optimizing efforts.
