Learning and Development

India Responsibilities

- Deliver professional, managerial and leadership development programs for India associates

- Create and update programs to meet needs of growing diverse audience

- Manage all learning-related communications for Gartner associates

- Design, deliver and curate specific learning experiences for key talent segments in partnership with visiting and local business leadership

- Provide programmatic support based on business requirements (campus, summer hire training programs)

- Partner with BU-specific L&D teams to drive specific learning objectives

- Design and run team-based development planning and training sessions

- Expand reach to other regional offices through travel budgets and web-based training interventions

- Collaborate with local leaders to streamline and cross-leverage learning investments in India

- Advertise and improve uptake of new platform enhancements to allow associates to own their development trajectories

Global Responsibilities :

- Update/design professional development programs that can be leveraged by other regions

- Support design of LOE portal and communications on GAW

- Share feedback from manager and leadership development programs with global team and help improve learning programs

- Work with global learning technologies team to share feedback and enhancements on GY features (community, playlists, etc)

Diversity and Inclusion

- Deliver sessions on Unconscious bias awareness for associates and customized sessions for key talent segments (managers, TA, etc)

- Build D&I specific talk tracks in manager and leadership programs when not available to reinforce the - inclusion- message

- Partner with global IE head and team to cascade messages across ERGs and active associates. Share local feedback and concerns with them.

- Create and maintain a calendar for D&I initiatives across India

- Provide support on local program design and help with broader and leader communications

- Run new hire onboarding sessions within the first week to remind new hires about our culture, what to expect and what to escalate

- Work with legal to run/arrange for more frequent ethical behavior sessions

Community Engagement

- Be involved in community engagement activities and try to link these with D&I investments where applicable.

- Actively educate and inform local committee on policy changes and benefits through Gartner's engagement efforts (such as paid leave for volunteer work/Gartner Gives process)

- Co-chair the to-be-launched LifeAtGartner team and help drive local outcomes for all four locations in India, ensuring consistently and value to associates.

- More actively inform our associates, particularly TA segment, on our key projects and the value we add. This will help build awareness of all the good work we do for the community and help attract talent.

- Drive quarterly newsletter on community engagement activities and opportunities

Work Sciences

- Work closely with HR partners to share and update on any changes in talent reviews, performance management processes

- Partner closely with HRPs on manager awareness sessions to consistently use the same language and frame for our performance approach (not uncommon to hear people using MCPs for goals, IDPs for development items, and unaware on how to effectively use Workday)

- Share best practices and initiatives being launched by Work Sciences team to benefit local population.

- Talent Management and Enterprise Contribution

- Manage work, development and growth for the team.

- Regularly meet with and update local India leadership on LOE efforts in the region- what to expect and where they can contribute

- Work closely with HR partners and Talent Acquisition to identify key areas of concern and design the right support

- Build broader relationships with the LOE team to bring best practices to associates in India
