Qualification & Experience:
Required - Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary with core accounting and tax domain knowledge
Preferred addl. Qualification - LLB
Minimum 5 years of industry / consulting experience with premier audit firms

Job Description:
Financial Reporting-
- First Time Adoption of Ind-AS
- Monthly finalization of books on accounts on timely basis
- Working closely with statutory auditors for quarterly limited review / annual audit
- SPOC for business related accounting matters i.e. providing accounting support to business operations
- Periodic reconciliation of investment / broking accounts
Taxation-
- Provision of taxation advice for new business ventures
- Handling taxation for all group entities - income tax audits, assessments, regulatory filings & returns
Compliance -
- Statutory compliance under Companies Act, RBI, SEBI Acts & regulations
- Liaison with legal advisors for drafting of key agreements, contracts & MOUs
Miscellaneous -
- Maintaining banking relationships and carrying out all banking and investments related activities
- Interaction with external advisors for conducting financial / tax / legal due diligence of potential investee companies
- Provide management reports as defined by senior management on timely basis
