EDUCATION : Bachelors degree in engineering, mathematics/statistics, economics preferred, MBA SKILLS : - 8+ years of experience in managing complex client environment - Must have worked in solution/delivery teams in the past in creating client ready deliverables in tech/analytics industries - Ability to abstract complex information to provide headline stories to the CXOs - Must be a self-driven individual to identify opportunities for growth - Must possess fail fast mentality - Ability to deal with ambiguity and imagine desired future states for the customers RESPONSIBILITIES : - Form and nurture CXO level relationships at key clients - Own P&amp;L for a portfolio of accounts. Identify account farming and mining opportunities for growth - Drive client services to deliver customer delight through seamless collaboration with the solutions team - Storyboard for key client meetings. Roll up your sleeves, if need be, to prepare key final deliverables - Work with engagement managers to build a strong client services team at Ganit - Stage a true Ganit experience while Onboarding new clients
