Product Manager


Job Summary :

- We are developing a new technology driven venture of Ganesh Housing Corporation Ltd., one of the largest real-estate developers in western India. The company aims to build a world class online construction technology platform for the infrastructure and real estate sector.

- As one of the early employees in the team, you will be responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. You will also be expected to ensure that the product supports the company's overall strategy and goals.

Job Responsibilities :

- Define the product roadmap (both web and app platforms) - including base framework, key features and technical specifications for the team

- Determine customers' needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information

- Assess market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products

- Provide information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product sales forecasts and special reports and analyses

- Bring new products to market by analyzing proposed product requirements and product development programs; preparing return-on-investment analyses; establishing time schedules with engineering team

- Determine product pricing by utilizing market research data; reviewing development costs; anticipating volume; costing special and customized orders.

- Coordinate with both internal and external teams, including developers, engineers, architects, quality assurance and operations.

- Complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.

- Maintain product management staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
