Gandhi Automations - Senior Role - Production

- Plan and Organize manpower, material & equipment to achieve daily production target.

- Develop process improvements to effectively utilize equipment and materials to maximize production.

- Establish safe procedures, practices and comply environmental regulations.

- Evaluate current production activities and make recommendations for improvements.

- Implement cost reduction initiatives while maintaining high quality standards.

- Provide training and guidance to workers to accomplish production targets and quality.

- Supervise workmen & production process.

- Ensure discipline and motivate the team.

- Ensure that dispatches are made as per the customer's requirements.

- Investigate problems, analyze root causes and derive resolutions.

- Knowledge of standards like IS, ASTM, ASI relating to metal fabrication.

- Record manufacturing order, check specifications and drawings for discrepancies

Qualities required

- Demonstrate a positive, "Lead by example" attitude.

- Knowledge of AUTOCAD.

- Strong communication, man management, planning, problem solving, & organizational skills.

- In-depth knowledge of Fabrication & WPS.

- Well Conversant with Units of Measurement Length/Area/ Weight/Energy/Power.

- Knowledge of Engineering drawings.

- Degree / Diploma in Mechanical / Production Engineering.
