Located in Hyderabad, Gamooga is an omnichannel marketing automation and analytics platform which helps businesses drive highly personalised campaigns at their customers across channels like email, web, mobile, social and display.

We offer a SaaS that seamlessly integrates with existing marketing and CRM applications, providing value across the entire prospect to customer funnel.

What You Will Be Doing:-

- Work with hiring managers across all departments (Software, sales, marketing, etc.)

- Phone/in-person interviews

- Build candidate pipeline

- Manage relationships with recruiting agencies

- Run references for potential candidates

- Manage our ATS (Excel as of now, can look at a CRM to handle some functionality)

What You Need for this Position:-

2+ years experience in recruiting talent across multiple companies

- Experience recruiting for technical/non-technical positions

- Full cycle recruiting experience

- Experience at software companies is a plus

- Good communication/negotiation skills

- Pitch our company/product to potential candidates
