What you'll do :&nbsp; - Manage, recruit, mentor, and professionally develop a team of Gamooga Campaign Consultants - Ensure customer success through excellence in consulting delivery - Partner with customers to achieve desired outcomes - such as solution ROI and incremental revenue achievement - Drive continuous improvement of consulting delivery processes, standards and practices - Collaborate with Professional Services Sales colleagues to position Gamooga Campaign Consulting for success, including sizing and scoping - Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and account growth - Manage client escalations, by guiding and coaching the team to ensure proper communication, urgency, prioritization, and ownership throughout the experience - Manage team performance to meet and exceed targets around: customer satisfaction, billable utilization, consulting revenue and margin - Pro actively foster collaboration with Customer Care, Engineering, Product Management, Technical Operations, and other internal Gamooga teams - As a Consulting leader, develop and drive strategic initiatives across the Consulting practic including innovation efforts to help advance the overall Gamooga Campaign Consultingpractice - Oversee and report on timely and accurate completion of program operational functions including time entry, revenue forecasting, staffing capacity, and account allocation - Organize and conduct enoblement sessions to grow team with respect to both technical- and soft skill proficiencies - Lead and inspire team with positivity and optimism, creating a culture of high expectations and achievement What you need to succeed :&nbsp; - Executive leadership skills including the ability to develop, influence and motivate a diverse team to maximize results - Ability to effectively communicate, coordinate, and drive optimal revenue, team productivity and margin performance - Demonstrated proficiency in managing diverse teams of individual contributors - Minimum of 5 years experience leading Consulting teams - Ability to interact and communicate for impact with all levels of an organization both internally and externally, including business and technical - Confident ability to effectively lead, collaborate, triage and make decisions in a fast-paced, changing environment - Demonstrated strength in EQ (emotional intelligence) - Strong client-service orientation; demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships with client stakeholders, resulting in high-client satisfaction - Expert-level experience in negotiation and conflict resolution - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Background in software implementation consulting required - In-depth knowledge of Digital Marketing and Cross Channel Campaign Management required - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail - Bachelor's Degree in related discipline of the technical industry - Ability to travel up to 35% Why join us?&nbsp; We thought you'd never ask!
