Job description: - Consult and handle all corporate legal processes (e.g. intellectual property, compliance issues, business transactions, agreements) - Develop company policy and position on legal issues - Research, anticipate, and guard company against legal risks - Guide management and ensure compliance with rules and regulations - Structure, draft, and review agreements, reports and other legal documents, regulate deals in an organized fashion, and administer all contracts. - Represent company in legal proceedings (administrative boards, court trials, etc.) - Negotiate deals and attend company meetings Other administrative activities Skills: - Good communication skills - Eye for details - Analytical skills - Logical reasoning - Deep knowledge of legal terms and concepts - Legal reasoning - Research skills Organizational skills Experience required: Minimum 2 years of experience in a law firm/ in-house legal department with hands-on experience in drafting agreements and corporate law
