OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB AND THE ROLE : This role is responsible for the leadership of a 'Process Excellence/Intelligent Automation - Centre of Excellence'. This is an INDIVIDUAL CONTRIBUTOR role. This role will influence and enhance the business strategy by becoming a trusted advisor for business stakeholders. The Business Strategy will then be translated to an Automation Strategy and Roadmap to deliver the business outcomes enhancing 'Customer Obsession/Experience'. The COE Manager/Sr. Manager leads the strategy and develops initiatives in the Intelligent Automation COE that drives innovation and optimisation for Gameskraft Customer Experience teams across the organisation. The Intelligent Automation Centre of Excellence Manager/Sr. Manager will leverage his/her technical and Process Excellence expertise to provide technical oversight and management to support the IA COE in ensuring RPA tools, Process re-engineering, and Excellence developmental efforts are in compliance with CX WOW experience requirements. The Intelligent Automation Centre of Excellence Manager will pave the way to evangelize an innovative RPA program within the Organisation with various stakeholders. Leveraging his/her process-driven, analytical, technical and customer experience management skills to create and maintain cognitive automation solutions. Solutions will include defining, designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining automations/robots, in a consultative project delivery environment. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DECISIONS/LEVEL OF AUTHORITY : - Managing the intelligent Automation COE focused on running and maintain existing automation assets in Toll, identify opportunities and pilot modern solutions to use information to improve the performance of the business - Developing the strategy to exploit automation technology to drive improvements in business performance and 'Customer Obsession' - Be a change agent promoting an automation culture across CX Teams in Gameskraft - Work through business unit leaders and IT Leadership team to define, design, configure, test, deploy and integration of new, modified and/or enhanced automations, enhancing 'Customer Experience' - Supports automation opportunity identification and assessment activities through Process Excellence - Lead problem identification/error resolution process, including tracking, repairing and reporting defects - Work with Organization Delivery, IT, Product, Design, devOps team change board and promote automation across CX functions - Leads and/or participates in the development process, including constructing and maintaining efficient, reusable and reliable robotic process automation software and tools - Creates and maintains process, technical, project or other documentation, as may be required, to support development, project management and training PRE-REQUISITES : - At least 8+ Years of Process Excellence/BPR/Automation experience with Online Gaming/Supply Chain/finance/administrative business processes, systems and applications of varying scope and in a complex environment &amp; in business facing role - Experience with software requirements with Process Improvement/Optimization e.g. QC Tools, Six Sigma Framework (DMAIC, DMADV, DFSS) etc. - Ability to work well with business analysts, service teams, Ops, Product, IT, developers, vendors and end users in cross functional teams - Experience with working with third-party service providers - PMO or COE experience a plus - Strong communication and influencing skills - Experience in building a team from ground up including processes, capabilities and policies proactively - UiPath/Automation Anywhere certified Experience is required - Must be a Six Sigma Black Belt Certified with hands on experience in MiniTab, Figma, Power BI, Confluence etc. ESSENTIAL PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES : - Must be a strong relationship builder with experience with managing both business and technical relationships - Resilient and supportive to manage change in behaviours, technology and processes - Must be able to translate technical environments into business language for easy and WOW experience for end users - Strong commercial and business acumen - Innovative in approach to delivering services - Passionate about emerging technologies and how they can be applied to drive customer success and business outcomes IC LEADERSHIP COMPETENCIES : - Cultivates Innovation: Creating new and better ways for the CX Teams to be successful, in turn, end user experience - Customer Obsessed focus: Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions - Strategic mindset: Seeing ahead to future possibilities and translating them into breakthrough strategies - Plans and aligns: Planning and prioritizing work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals - Ensures accountability: Holding self and others accountable to meet business defined commitments - Collaborates: Building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives - Drives engagement: Creating a climate where people are motivated to do their best to help the organization achieve its objectives through continuous Process Improvements approach - Demonstrates self-awareness: Using a combination of feedback and reflection to gain productive insight into process strengths and weaknesses, in turn, suggesting short and long term solutions Qualifications : - Bachelor's/Master's Degree in IT, Maths, Statistics, Business or a related discipline Salary Range : INR - 22 Lacs - 27 Lacs per annum
