Summary of Role We are looking for a Principal Product Manager in the Platform Product team. The ideal candidate is someone who is detail-oriented, has exceptional technical depth & displays a high amount of ownership. You would be responsible for improving the experience of platform products and features that complement the game experience. This would include payments, retention, experimentation tools, KYC and many more exciting priorities. Key Responsibilities - Assist in developing product strategy and roadmap for Games24x7 products. The recommendations should be guided by in-depth analysis & clear impact on key product KPIs. - Collaborate with stakeholders (Marketing, Engineering, UX, UI, Risk & CS) and devise scalable product solutions leading to high customer delight with minimum operational overheads. - Evangelize and ensure early adoption of the latest technology in consumer mobile products with the view to maximise customer & business value. - Drive timely and seamless feature rollouts & experiments. - Own, track and improve key product & tech metrics. - Mentoring team members for success in the PM role, reviewing their work, and evaluating employee performance Desired Skill Set - 6-8 years in software product management in a modern, data-driven environment. - Experience in one or more of the following is a plus: Payments, Marketing Automation, etc. - Background in computer science and/or software development experience. - Ability to engage in technical discussions with engineering counterparts - Ability to dive into details, cut through the noise and prioritize quickly. - Ability to manage internal & external partnerships. - Ability to communicate well and able to bring clarity in ambiguous situations.
