Job Designation : Operations Lead - Audio Chatrooms
Responsibilities:
- This is an audio chatroom product, you have to identify the agencies/media planners in India, Pakistan and Bangladesh markets, reach out and onboard them under the Ludo Star Clubs agency network.
- You will establish and manage agency relationships to drive sales & adoption for the above region/countries
- Preparing Data Dashboards of Hosts/Agencies' performance and sharing the same with them
- Engage with Users, Fans and Followers through the design of online campaigns.
- Understand the cultural nuances of specific countries/regions and the target audience.
- Communicate with top users, collect feedback and use insights to drive growth.
- Manage and execute the content calendar, collaborating with internal stakeholders.
- Replay community feedback in a structured manner to relevant teams and collaborate cross-functionally with product marketing and support teams.
- Work on new ways to scale our user base and connect with new people.
Requirements:
- Great interest in social media (especially Live Streaming) and familiarity with the fast-changing nature of social media.
- Proficient in MS Excel (or Google Sheets) and MS Word (or Google Docs)
- Ability to analyse the implications of online communications and messages.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in the native language.
- Strong Analytical and Logical Reasoning skills.
- People Management experience (Preferred)
- Attention to detail, critical thinking and problem-solver
- Expert in Hindi and English (Bengali will be a plus)
