This role supports Marketing Research enablement, which includes understanding of pharma trends and providing data driven solutions. The Analytics Manager is accountable for delivery management and client relationship along with providing thought leadership to prove best in class research solutions.
Key Requirements :
- 5-10 years of experience in Research analytics for Pharma, Healthcare companies
- Prior experience in client management including - understanding key business questions and research objectives, designing project goals and outcomes, managing project timelines and deliverables
- Triangulate multiple sources including market research and other secondary data to identify opportunities and strategies that shape decisions and drive organizational actions
- Demonstrated experience in leading projects, provided thought leadership related to market research, competitive intelligence, KOL analysis
- Experience leading and mentoring a team of 5-10 research analysts. Demonstrate the ability to execute multiple projects in parallel

- Bachelors in Pharmacy / technology
- MBA
- MS/MTech/Mpharma
