What does the role entail? : - Being responsible for Pre-MBA and MBA graduate end-to-end recruitment of top-tier talent in India - Managing inbound recruitment streams - setting up ads, managing workflow, screening candidates, scheduling interviews and providing feedback to rejected candidates - Spearheading outbound recruitment for high potential candidates - Undertaking introductory calls with high potential candidates to share the Gain.pro journey and screen organisational fit - Participating in campus recruitment and employer branding activities What do you need to join us? : - 5 years of experience in leading end-to-end recruitment processes for Pre-MBA and MBA graduate roles - Experience gained in financial institutions strongly preferred - Passion for spotting rising talents and building teams from the scratch - World-class communication skills - proactive, mature and outgoing approach - Bias to action - you get a lot done with minimal effort - Hands-on mindset - you enjoy owning deliverables - Based in Bangalore or open for relocation What do we offer? : - Competitive base salary with annual bonus linked to your performance/OKRs - Attractive benefits including remote working allowance, learning & coaching benefits, etc. - Above all: the opportunity to carve your signature in a fast-growing SaaS scale-up and contribute to building the local research team from scratch - We are post product-market fit and aspiring unicorn status; this is the right time to come onboard and make that ride with us
