About the role : This Growth Hacker role is a high visibility role within the marketing function wherein the person will be driving high impact growth projects via getting deeper into Marketing funnels of CRM and Digital functions. person will develop the strategy for retention & reactivation to drive & improve/maintain a constant retention rate, Plays and uninstall rate while driving the automation within the system.

- Drive all marketing automation activities to develop and execute end to end user journeys from onboarding to reactivation.

- Work closely with product, UX/design & engineering to enable Growth marketing initiatives & drive bottom-line conversion.

- Drive strategy for retention, reactivation to maintain the retention rate and drive high number of song plays

- Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and marketplaces.

- Leveraging media & non-media led acquisition initiatives including co-marketing, partnerships and referral programs.

- use data-driven rapid experimentation to build a holistic acquisition/Retention program. creativity in devising digital & partnerships campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.

Required skills and qualification :

- Min 3-7 years of experience in devising marketing growth initiatives and have decent knowledge of digital ecosystem ( web/mweb/App)

- Should have strong analytical skills and data-driven problem-solving approach.

- Should be able to take end to end ownership of projects

- Good understanding of organizational goals and objectives.

- Should be able to strategize and execute campaigns and link them to the organizational goals

- Should be able to work closely with the product and tech team for new launches or feature requests to improve campaign performance

- Should be good with maintaining relationships with partners and work aggressively to build it better

- Experience on working with marketing automation engines (Clevertap/Moengage)

- Attribution Analytic tools (Appsflyer/Tune, GA).
