What We Do:.
- We find companies that are seeking investments in primary and secondary markets.
- We scrupulously audit, evaluate and get the valuation done through a SEBI registered equity valuer and take the business proposal forward if it is worthwhile for investors.
- Unlike other players in the market, we associate with our corporates with an MOU for fundraising and a room in BOD, supervising the fund utilization and finalizing on the exit strategy.
- Our exit strategy comprises of Fund Placement / Buy-Out of portfolio / IPO.

- As a wealth manager, you will guide and support our clients in achieving their financial objectives.
- Which include developing personalized financial plans, managing portfolios and managing financial instruments for investment & risk management.
- As Wealth Manager you will offer personalized, customized financial solutions & create long-lasting relationships with clients while contributing to our mission of helping individuals achieve their financial & economic aspirations.

Roles & Responsibilities:.
- Developing personalized financial Solutions & investment strategies aligned with client's objectives and risk profiles.
- Creating strong Investment relationships with clients by understanding their financial goals, risk tolerance and investment preferences.
- Recommending suitable investment products, such as equities, bonds, mutual funds and alternative investments & investment solutions.
- Monitoring and reviewing investment portfolios regularly & changing strategies as per market conditions and clients' changing preferences.
- Staying updated with market trends, economic developments and regulatory changes to provide accurate and timely advice to clients.
- Evaluate investment opportunities, considering factors like risk, return potential and liquidity.
- Provide ongoing financial advice and guidance to clients, keeping them informed about market trends, investment opportunities, and potential risks.
- Familiar with Indian tax laws, regulations, and financial planning strategies specific to the Indian market.
- Integrity, ethical conduct, and adherence to regulatory guidelines and industry best practices.
- Participate in industry conferences and seminars to expand knowledge and network with potential clients.
Eligibility Criteria:.
- Master's degree in finance, business administration or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience as a wealth manager in banks or in reputed financial services.
- Preferably Certified Financial Planner, or relevant certification of Investment & wealth management.
- Should be self-starter with an existing client book.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building a successful client portfolio.
- Knowledge of developing and implementing financial plans and managing investments.
- Understanding of financial markets, investment products, and wealth management principles.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with quick decision-making and a results-oriented mindset.
