Regional Sales Performance Analyst - Asia Pacific, India & Bangladesh

Job Summary:

Reporting to Regional Sales Operations Director, this role will provide saleforce.com (SFDC) administration and trouble-shooting support, reporting and analytics, training and coaching to enhance service line sales effectiveness and adherence to G4S Way of Selling (G4S sales process) across all countries in Asia.

Main Responsibilities :

- Effective and timely handling of enquiries from sales users and provision of general administrative support on the platform

- Provides and manages the design, development and implementation of complex sales analyses and comparative reports.

- Monitors, analyses and evaluates the effectiveness of G4S Way of Selling and provides insight into sales representatives- productivity and market penetration.

- Works with country sales leaders and super-users to ensure consistency, completeness and integrity in data.

- Runs regular reviews with individual service lines, including but not limited to monthly sales pipeline sufficiency and quality, top opportunity status check and compliance with G4S Way of Selling.

- Participates in reviews and testing of SFDC functionality development, sales processes and incentive programs.

- Provides support during implementation of sales and marketing operational excellence programs, harmonising tools, models and activity metrics.

- Develops ad hoc sales reports and performs trend analysis identifying leading/lagging indicators.

- Conducts training associated with reports, dashboards and or sales technologies to all sales and service line stakeholders.

- Works with all sales leaders, users and super-users to strengthen the month end reporting processes to increase quality and integrity of the data reported, in particular, month-end closing data clean up and reconciliation.

- Supports ad hoc projects as assigned by Regional Sales Operations Director.

The Ideal Candidate:

- Extensive SFDC (or similar CRM systems) user experience is a must, ideally in a super user/administrator capacity.

- Minimum 3 years work experience in similar position of multinational corporation

- Minimum 3 year experience in a sales analyst role

- Experience or qualification that reflects a high level of Google Sheet and/or Microsoft Excel expertise

- Holder of university degree of a relevant discipline
