Fyr Homes - Senior Manager - Business Operations (10-12 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead and Manage teams comprising of Managers, TLs, and process associates across multiple processes for the Rental Operations Business Unit based out of India
- Create and lead communication channels with US VPs and Directors to align operations strategy with BU strategy
- Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures for the India Rental Operations Team
- Effectively execute daily operational activities across multiple processes within pre-determined acceptable quality and service levels
- Lead a culture of operations excellence through data driven problem solving; Define metrics to measure goal and consistently monitor them
- Actively pursue strategic and operational objectives of the team, including but not exclusive to successful transition/implementation of new processes and process improvement initiatives
- Strategize short-term and long-term staffing requirements; drive recruitment along with HR
- Lead, motivate, and support a large team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment, including setup and implementation of career development plans for all direct reports
- Manage timely data collection to update operations metrics to achieve productivity targets, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent customer service
Education & relevant experience
- MBA from top business schools in India
- Under graduation from Tier 1 or Tier 2 College (B. Tech Preferred)
- Should have a 10+ years of prior experience in managing large teams
Technical skills:
- Project Management
- Business strategy Planning at multiple levels
- Operations Management
