Roles & Responsibilities :-
- Build content and inventory integration mechanism for brands on the Fynd platform.
- Responsible for onboarding and maintaining brand health on Fynd channels.
- Ensure timely content refreshes and quality catalog on the platform.
- Improve frequency and accuracy of sensitive inventory data.
- Analyze content and inventory data to increase coverage on a daily basis.
- Coordinate and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Deep dive and identify pain points to improve the overall onboarding process.
- Responsible for applying for discounts & promotions on Fynd Channel.
- Taking full accountability of the brands in terms of catalog, inventory, and promotions.
Requirements :-
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- A decent understanding of seller/brand/client onboarding experience.
- Advance data handling/ excel skills and a keen eye for detail.
- IT literacy in terms of database and queries.
- Experience working with/managing cross-functional teams.
- 2+ years of seller/brand/client onboarding experience.
