Your goal will be to develop and implement the most profitable plans to position and promote our products.

Responsibilities:

- Develop product marketing strategies (pricing, advertising, product launching) and own the execution.

- Own the audience journey for both organic and inorganic channels

- Study our products: Riku, Semi & Mobile App & develop market segmentation for each product offering

- Translate technical details into benefits for the user, obtain insights into customers' usage of current products, untapped opportunities and buyer personas, through interviews, surveys, focus groups and sales data.

- Follow and analyze market trends to position products and validate pricing.

- Craft compelling messages across marketing channels (landing pages, ad campaigns)

- Work with various teams (design, content, acquisition, product, sales) to implement strategies

- Test marketing product features, releases and ad copy

- Agree on timelines and deadlines for the development of new products with product management, engineering or manufacturing departments

- Evaluate projects using relevant KPIs and feedback from existing and prospective customers

- Analyze sales data and channel information and then create plans to improve product line sales most likely using marketing and sale techniques

- Represent the company at all times and with virtually any audience to explain the customer-led benefits of the product line

- Coordinate conference and marketing events including creative sponsorship ideas and on-site items.

- Propose and keep within a budget

- Measure, analyze, and report campaign performance to various stakeholders.

- Recruit and develop a team of product marketing executives.

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience as a Product Marketing Manager, Brand Manager or similar role

- Demonstrated success in positioning and launching differentiated products that meet and exceed business objectives

- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority. The ability to influence and work collaboratively with sales, marketing and Product Management is especially important

- Background in design and copywriting is a plus

- Experience in market analysis

- Familiar with product marketing tactics (e.g. integrated marketing campaigns)

- Expert level knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends)

- Excellent communication skills

- A keen eye for detail

- Creativity

- Analytical mind and strong quantitative skills
