What you'll do:

- Process Setup : Design and implement streamlined processes across all HR domains.

- Cultural Coach: Craft and execute activities adhering to company values to promote employee satisfaction and boost employee morale.

- Employee Engagement: Plan and guide in implementing creative and fun employee engagement activities regularly.

- Employee development and retention: develop and execute all learning and development initiatives and help drive a high-performance, high-growth mindset that focuses on career development and growth.

- HR Operations: Provide support in activities such as the evaluation process, induction, mentoring and succession planning.

- HR Analytics: Gather, analyze and report HR metrics to help management make informed decisions regarding overall business performance.

- Payroll: Oversee health insurance, payroll, pay-review process, salary bench-marking, bonus/other benefit plans, and continued up-skilling/education.

- Talent Acquisition : Design Talent acquisition strategies to attract, hire and retain the top talent. Including employer branding activities, collaborating with third parties (recruitment agencies, educational/training institutes), managing hiring platforms,etc.

What we think you'll need to succeed in this role:-

- 3+ years of experience as an HR generalist with at least a 1+ year at a growth-stage startup.

- Graduation/Post-Graduation degree in HR or related field.

- Exceptional communication skills.

- Demonstrated recruitment experience.

- Demonstrated experience in process creation and team building.

- Experience with handling sensitive information with discretion & empathy.

- Ability to adapt with fast changing work dynamics & schedules as we evolve.
