We have opening for SBA - Pharma. Looking for candidates experience into Literature review / study & report writing, Clinical trial experience. below is job detail

Job role:

1. Working in Custom Research & Advisory (Life Science - MD) team at FutureBridge with prime responsibility to manage the complete project life cycle for custom market research studies

2. Lead the custom research projects with complete responsibility of the planning and execution of the project activities - understanding client requirement, creating proposals, estimation of efforts, handling client communication, execution the study and managing client feedback

3.Preparing well thought proposal document with well-defined client objective and all subcomponents

4.Supporting managers/PIC in estimating realistic efforts required to execute the study

5.Ensure excellence in the quality of the work delivered by both you and the team

6.Responsible for handling all client communication with respect to a specific study - deliverable presentation, feedback calls, etc.

7.Evaluate the project related risks and challenges and take proactive action to avoid them

8.Take ownership of the engineering policy, guidelines and any associated documents

9.Initiate and develop industry decks, capability decks, whitepapers, case-studies, infographics to support the Business Development team

10.Develop, coach, train competencies of team

Job Requirements : 

1.Ability to effectively manage multiple projects/tasks at a time

2.Strong analytical mindset and with strong technical background to generate insights and actionable recommendations for the client

3.Excellent team work and Strong communication skills including the ability to articulate and facilitate technical, business and analytical discussions

- Functional test (Case study solution & Literature or topic writing)

- Functional Interview

- Panel Interview
