Job Responsibilities : 

1. Working in Custom Research & Platforms (Food, Beverage & Nutrition) team at FutureBridge with prime responsibility to manage the complete project life cycle for custom market/business research studies and client-focused thought leadership reports

2. Lead the engagements with complete responsibility of the planning and execution of the project activities - understanding client requirement, creating proposals, estimation of efforts, handling client communication, end-to-end execution of engagement and managing client feedback

3. Preparing well thought proposal document with well-defined client objective and all subcomponents

4. Supporting managers/supervisor in estimating realistic efforts required to execute the study

5. Responsible for managing own revenue targets

6. Take ownership of his/her own and team cost matrix

7. Ensure excellence in the quality of the work delivered by both you and the team

8. Responsible for handling all client communication with respect to a specific study - deliverable presentation, feedback calls, etc.

9. Evaluate the project related risks and challenges and take proactive action to avoid them

10. Initiate and develop industry decks, capability decks, whitepapers, case-studies, info graphics to support the Business Development team

11. Develop, coach, train and mentor junior team members on functional and domain aspects

12. Take ownership of the FB policy, guidelines and any associated documents

Job Requirements : 

1. Ability to effectively manage multiple projects/tasks at a time

2. Experience in handling a team of qualified professionals

3. Strong analytical mindset and a strong technical background to generate insights and actionable recommendations for the client

4. Excellent team work and strong communication skills including the ability to articulate and facilitate technical, business and analytical discussions

5. Organized, detail-oriented person, with good time management skills

6. Able to work with all levels of management in an effective, proactive manner

7. Excellent people leadership skills

8. Minimum three (3) years of experience in custom research or consulting type of engagements

9. Bachelor's Degree in Science or Engineering (Food Science, Food Technology, Biotechnology, Biology, Chemistry, Chemical or Material Engineering, Material Science, and similar domains). Or A Master's degree in Science, Engineering, or Business Or Ph.D. will be a positive.

10. Knowledge of Market Sizing, Business Analysis, Competitor Intelligence, SWOT, PESTLE, Management Frameworks, Advanced MS Office, Forecasting and Business Writing will be a strong plus.

Other Specific Requirements : 

1. Experience of working on different custom research or consulting engagements. Familiarity with secondary research using various open-source and commercial databases. Up-to-date with recent industry happenings and challenge areas for the F&B industry, as well as aware of latest industry trends like alternative proteins, sugar reduction, digitalization, sustainability, and so on

2. Knowledge of data visualization tools like PowerBI, Tableau is preferable
