Position : Program Manager- CEOs Office

Location : Navi Mumbai (Work From Home)

Overview : This role will be a part of CEOs office and will be reporting to CEO

Job Responsibilities :

- Understand business requirements and identify skill sets required for specific job roles

- Manage the organization wide competency dictionary and map out functional and behavioural competencies for each identified role

- Assist the Hiring Leads and Business teams in developing measurable OKR/KRAs for each identified role

- Undertake competency-based fitment analysis for business teams

- Support the TA team in Identifying niche skillset talent and pool for business continuity and succession planning on common talent hiring portals

- Create and conduct assessment centres for all identified roles

- Identify competency gaps and provide inputs to the L&D curriculum and career development roadmaps

- Identify automation opportunities and undertake evaluation of tools to streamline processes

Job Requirements :

- Graduate with at least 4 8 years of post-qualification experience with a very high understanding and awareness of business

- MBA as an additional qualification will have a preference

- Knowledgeable of competency frameworks and has a strong understanding of people skills

- Excellent MS Office skills with hands-on experience of working in or with Business teams

- Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to liaison with overseas counterparts

- A self-starter, who is flexible and adaptable to constant change and can work in a fast paced, high growth and dynamic environment.

- A quick learner who is proactive and adaptable to new technologies

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
