Job role: 1. Ability to lead the team in delivering high-quality assignments and proposals. Guide the reporters and mentor them. 2. Revenue &amp; Cost Responsibility for the group. Work with senior management &amp; BD personnel to generate client meets resulting in higher revenue for the team. Maintaining the team operation cost as per the company matrix is also part of the responsibility 3. Setting up clear team goals and communicating the same to reporters. Monitor the progress of the targets and work with the team for any course correction/modifications to achieve the desired result 4. Responsible to adhere to company compliances &amp; policies and spread the same among the team members 5. Mentor reporters and inspire them to perform to their best potential. Identify the performers and recommend suitable rewards. Suggest training to be conducted to improve team capabilities 6. Responsible to oversee/create marketing collaterals which would be helpful in marketing activities for the team. Marketing collaterals would be created in discussion with senior management 7. Responsible for effective communication within the group, the Energy Practice and also across other practices in th organization 8. Taking up responsibilities and timly delivery of high-quality task as being allocated to him or the team by management 9. Assist in idea generation within the team, practice, and organization which benefits in solving work-related issues/problems Job Requirements : 1. BE/Tech in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Production/Instrumentation or similar engineering branch + MBA 2. 8-12 years work experience in the field of business research &amp; consulting related to Power Generation, T&amp;D, power equipment, utilities, backup power, renewable energy, energy storage and Hydrogen fuel &amp; its storage 3. Have lead a team of 8-10 resources reporting to him directly or indirectly 4. Experience in conducting primary &amp; secondary research, deep analysis of data and interaction with industry forums 5. Good communication &amp; interpersonal skills and ability to handle team issues effectively. Organized, detail-oriented person, with good time management skills 6. Candidate should have experience in working across various industry sectors/domains 7. Experience in presentation delivery to clients, presentation preparation and good understanding of MS office tools
