FutureBridge - Lead - Content Marketing (6-12 yrs)

Job Description:

- Review and manage digital & content marketing strategy and ensure effective execution in alignment with overal digital marketing strategy

- Define a framework and manage the creation, delivery and publishing of highly engaging marketing content.

- Planning, scheduling and timely execution of content calendar in collaboration with stakeholders

- Responsible for maintaining and nurturing an effective network of influencers, forums and publications to maximize distribution of content to relevant markets

- Responsible for distribution of marketing content and ensuring maximum reach directly or using third party agencies

- Ensuring published content is free of errors and inconsistencies and reviewed for grammar, spellings and formatting

- Ensuring published content is concise, clear, relevant, apt for the platform and audience and consistent with the overall brand theme and tone

- Ensuring that all marketing content development is aligned with SEO/SEM strategies and objectives

- Driving customer engagement initiatives on multiple digital platforms

- Create and institutionalize content and style guidelines and design workflows for producing content in a timely manner

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree preferably with certification or specilization in Marketing or related field

- Minimum 5 years of experience of executing content strategies to drive engagement and conversion in a B2B setup

- Experience of content management and distribution in a B2B setup (Exposure to established networks for content distribution in Research and Advisory would be desirable)

- Well versed with digital marketing strategies and how content can influence the strategies - page optimization, SEO. Content curation. Site structure etc.

- Experience of using WordPress or similar Content Management tools preferred

- Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills

- A self-starter, who is flexible and adaptable to constant change and can work in a fast paced, high growth and dynamic environment.

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
