Future Group - Zonal Supply Chain Operations Manager (6-8 yrs)
Role: To drive efficiency in the Supply Chain operations of the zone by streamlining, planning, coordination and communication between Distribution Center & business.
Responsibilities:
Performance Management
- Monitor day to day performances of the DCs within the Zone, identify exceptions, build corrective actions and escalate where necessary
- Drive continuous improvement of On-Time In-Full delivery performance to stores
- Review capacity utilization and request for corrections where necessary
- Identify operational challenges & manage process improvements in consultation with FRL HO & ZO teams
- Coordinate with Zonal teams to ensure right channel mix-Put Away Vs Cross Dock & maximize delivery to stores
Scheduling & Balancing
- Delivery schedule management in consultation with business teams. Ownership of the rhythm maintenance for stores. Ensure adherence to delivery schedule
- Align vendor scheduling to DC in coordination with the regional replenishment teams
- Ensure volume balancing of inwards and outbound from the DC
Coordination & Communication
- Drive weekly / monthly performance review of the DCs and build action plans to improve performance where necessary
- Ensure timely visibility of DC performance to key business partners and build confidence on performance
- Manage new store opening schedules, system updates and visibility to key stake holders on time
- 30-60-90 days volume projections and coordination for capacity enhancement / management
Productivity Improvement
- Benchmark productivity within DCs and identify improvement areas. Drive process improvements to enhance productivity
